Conditions and Tariffs
Sunday to Thursday night:
$175 per couple per night. Hearty breakfast provisions supplied inc, bacon, eggs, cereal, etc.
Friday to Saturday night and, Public Holidays:
$220 per couple per night. Hearty breakfast provisions supplied inc, bacon, eggs, cereal, etc.
Please note: Reservations of more than one night may be eligible for a discount.
Check-in:
2pm til 6pm or by prior arrangement.
Check-out:
By 10:30am or by prior arrangement.
Regulations:
Smoking is not allowed inside the cottage
No children
Pets are not allowed

we can accept VISA, MasterCard or BankCard credit card payments. Contact
us via phone for direct deposit details.
Cancellations earlier than two weeks prior to arrival - full refund less
5% cancellation fee.
Cancellations within two weeks of arrival will be refunded only if the
period booked can be refilled.
No refunds for non-arrivals.
Payment via Credit Card.
50% deposit is payable at the time of reservation confirnation. A further 50% will be charged prior to the reservation date.
Payment via Direct Deposit.
Minimum of 50% payable at the time of reservation confirmation. Remainder of tarrif should be deposited at least one week prior to reservation date/s. Phone Val Chaplin 0409 523 633 for direct deposit details.
Payment via Cheque.
Payment must be recieved, in full, two weeks prior to commencement of reservation. Please make cheques payable to "Grandview Manor Cottage".
